ZIPPER LIFETIME TEST DEVICE

The zipper lifetime test device is used by manufacturers of metal and plastic zippers. In non-split zippers it determines the fixation strength of the edge armour of the lower stopper. In metal zippers, it measures the chain resistance and rupture strength under transversal force. In plastic zippers, it measures chain resistance and rupture strength under transversal and longitudinal force. It can also be used to conduct tests to determine cursor strength and cursor mouth deformation.

This test device is used for the opening and closing tests of plastic and metal zippers manufactured by manufacturers of zippers, furniture, textile and yarns. It is a very important tool for strength measurement.

Zipper lifetime test device is used to conduct opening and closing tests under load on zippers.

The force to be applied to the collar depending on the type of the zipper.

Force is applied according to the zipper types and N values indicated in the table to conduct opening and closing tests under load.
