Velcro fatigue tester is used to conduct tests that consist of a given number of opening/closing movements for a given width of band. It is used to test the performance of Velcro bands in wet and dusty environments.

It is used in the sectors of footwear, zippers, furniture, textiles and yarns for ready-made garments and bags.

VELCRO FATIGUE TESTER DVT CB tests the strength of Velcro bands under load by subjecting them to repeated opening/closing movements in order to determine the lifetime of products. It is possible to set the number of periods, which can, then, be followed on a digital display. Samples can be tested in wet or dry environment or with a special mixture or in a dusty environment. The device comes with #8 100-g weights, #5 150-g weights and #10 1-kg weights. A sound warning is issued when the test is over.
