It is equipped with 2 separate thermostats one of which is for safety purposes. Given the losses of heat, it is highly insulated. Large models (KAZ 2000 - KAZ 3000) are equipped with a pneumatic lid opening system and small ones (KAZ 800) with a spring lid opening system.

Temperature is monitored through the pressure unit. Inside and outside of the boiler are made from stainless steel and sealed with silicon. Temperature range is room temperature to 95°C with a temperature accuracy of ±1%.

It is equipped with a touch-screen. It has 1, 3 or 6 units. Pressure is kept constant at a set value throughout test. Pressure range setting. Digital test time display. Made from stainless steel. Number of digits after coma: 2 (for example: 0,01 bar). 1% accuracy. Apparatuses for easy installation of samples. Standard software.

Pressure covers of pipes - DVT BBO TAP

All lower and upper covers made from stainless steel. Tightening rings available for all covers. Robust design. Equipped with one water inlet. Automatic instalment/removal unit (quick valve) and air intake unit. Transport lug depending on diameter. Stainless steel bolts available in sufficient number and for different diameters. An inner pin available for diameters of Ø355 mm and over. Comes with O-ring seals. Optionally, for diameters of Ø400 mm and over, pins come with a cage. Customized cover diameters.
